Most casual listeners would probably go for Rod the Mod, with ole Woody an obvious pick for your average Stones fan. My fave Face will always be their bass player though, the one and only Ronnie Lane. Talk about underrated songwriters... "I heard your footsteps at the front door, and that old familiar love song..."
